Just wondering what speed bearings in wheels will lock up at? I've got a Primo OG mix and N4FL so given the size of the bearings i guess it would take a fair amount of speed

By lock up do you mean fail or seize? It won't happen unless you let them get old and rusty. Even cheap sealed bearings are rated for over 20,000rpms I think. As long as they're in good condition you should be able to have a car tow you arround at highway speeds all day every day.

If you let them get dirty or rusty it won't take much though. But as long as the side covers are not damaged not much dirt or water will get in there from regular riding. Just don't blast the hubs with pressure washers too much or leave the bike outside in the rain.
