Bit of a better example. Got nothing the bikes posted but it's just a different style to add to the mix

There's one for sale at the pawn shop. I've taken a poke at it. Everything about it screamed "cheap" to me.

I've never seen one up close, but the GT250R, on paper, looks better then the Ninja 250.

USD forks, fuel injection, dual front discs, LED headlights and you can pick them up for $2000.

Only one I've seen is the one at the pawn shop. It had that kinda early 90s cheap hatchback feel to it. Everything was plastic, swingarm was a block, just seemed really cheap to me.

No clue about how they run.

From what I've read, there seems to be a lot of happy customers.

I believe you on the chintzy quality. Part of the reason their so cheap.

I also find the styling a bit... questionable.

Edit: I saw few of the Ducati monster style naked ones in Barcelona. They all had aftermarket headlights and they actually sounded pretty good.

Might be a killer bike for the price. Know the one at the pawn shop is 4k and looks pretty reasonable for that.

my teacher last year had a new one and it was so bad and unreliable she's got rid of it already.

one of my mates had a 125 it was ok.

similar to the internet, mixed reviews.

I guess imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

The bolded is definitely the problem. It probably wasn't the right shade of blue for her so she traded it in for a bluer one. LOL.

she was one of the very rare bike crazy, speed freak women, she's now (I believe) on a ducati.

hahaha, i remember sitting in Vienna with a friend, drinking cofe and looking at the KTM RC8 parked close to us...... talking that you need big balls to ride this one...

than a really nice looking blonde chic walks to it and rides away :/
