2012 fox flout travel adjust 160 to 140 help please

Ok i have fox 2012 kashima flout they have rebound travel lock out and conpresion. Can i get them changed to have a travel adjustment from 16 to 140 ? If so where do i send them to and how much would this cost . Thanks
