Different Bikes is currently hiring into a few key full time, year-round roles.
Assistant Manager - two locations. Step your career up to helping run a busy bike shop end to end, with quick store manager opportunity and shares in the store both available as you prove yourself. Ordering, merchandising, sales and open/close responsibilities are main parts of the role. Experience in retail environment, passion for bikes, and a focus on making customers happy is what we're after.
Service Manager/Lead Mechanic - one position available. Take control of the service and repair shop, lead the technical pro team, using your expertise and organizational skills to ensure on-time, quality repairs and builds and consistently positive customer experience. Proven success as a mechanic or service manager, skills with road and mountain bikes and a positive approach to customer service are essential. Preference given to experts in road bikes for this location.
Experienced Mechanics/Bike Builders - 2 positions available. Join the team and help us deliver happy customers with quick turnaround and quality repairs. Keep the floors stocked with fresh new bikes. Experience in bike shop repair and service is essential, but we are willing to work with you to make you an expert over time.
All roles offer top of market base pay, as well as profit-sharing bonus plans to the right candidates. Building ownership in the store is also encouraged. Own your job!
