How do you add air to a 2010 Fox Van R rear shock?

I'm being a complete noob about this, but i've had my bike for 4 months now, and just started to realise that I need to pump more air into my shock. I have tried, but it is different to all of my friends shocks. Cheers.

hey, Van R have a factory sealed nitrogen system, you do not add nitrogen or air or whatever yourself. DO NOT try to open it, it will blow in your face.
