2007 Devinci District (should I buy?)

i would say its a great bike for that price. i think they retail around 1200, so thats a great deal. my friend has one, its a great bike

the wheels have a slight wobble he told me. at least he is honest. AND he said he would put on a BB7 back brake, and a Tektro front brake

so we got talking and he said he would sell it to me for $500. and I said I don't know. he said he would sell to me for 450 if I could buy tomarrow, but the soonest would be next weekend.

SO, if I could get this bike for $450 is that a really good deal or what!?
