Change front fork (120 to 140 MM) - frame problems?

Hi, i have a a stumpy 2009 expert with a 120MM Fox. and i would like to change for a Fox talas 120 - 140 MM rlc to feel more confortable going down
Is any problem with the frame changing travel?

Hi, normaly it's no problem - but the fork has to be the same length. Length: From the middle of the quick release to the frame (steerer). If they have the same length it'll be no problem, but if the new fork is too long or too short it will be terrible to ride because the geometry changes. and also you have to know if the steerer matches because the diameter.
