depends which model youre getting. theyre all good bikes, but some models/specs are better than others.

Tf tuned are saying 400 for you but personally I've found through experience that calculator being a bit soft , i would try a 450 or 500

Depends really are you bottoming it out ?? I wouldn't worry about the sag too much it's the way it behaves on the trail and big hits, you've got 8" travel so it should be used on step downs and harsh landings etc - 25-30% sag is about right. You can always turn the spring slightly more to make the preload better so you have a bit less

im 14stone and run a 400lb spring, i would suggest you would need 500lb or more.

I've changed the bars stem and brakes and grips and possibly going to change the rear shock for a Rockshox Vivid Air.

Really looking forward to getting it out to Inners and Fort William
