They may only be 7.75 but trust me you wouldn't want em any taller what with the sweep they have. I gotta put mine in a front loader on my 21" frame for them to feel ok. They're plenty tall.

Or ride grown up sized four piece bars , honestly can't reccomend my crumlish bars enough .
