Ok, One more question different topic. My buddy has a specialized command post, externally routed if it matters, and the post doesnt twist, but the top part where the seat is mounted does. On dropper posts its kinda the top more polished part, which is twisting separately from the metal post to reiterate. Does anyone know how to fix that? Thanks a bunch.
So i am thinking about getting a ti spring for my bike. I weigh 65kg, approx 141lbs. My current spring is a 400lb steel spring. My question i should i buy the same weight ti spring, or go lighter or heavier?

same weight.keep in mind a ti is more accurate, so maybe if you can test a mate's 400lagainst yours first, might be worthwhile. (in case yours is actually 425 or something at the tolerance bound)

I was riding my DH bike in Whistler yesterday and snapped a chain (pedaling hard from a stand still). Had the shop replace it with a new chain (rear der is older SRAM X9 9 speed). Now when I pedal under medium tension in higher gears, I get slippage. I also think the chain might be rubbing against the chain guide slightly more than normal. I did not crash at all so I don't think it's a bent hanger or anything.
Is this typically a sign of a worn casette or do I have a rear der problem? It shifts fine and stays in gear when cycled in a bike stand.
