Hello,

i had a very bad dislocated shoulder with hill-sachs-lesion and labrum disruption. I had a arthroscopic surgery and started with nordic walking one week after my surgery. 4-5 weeks after the surgery i rode my bike again but very respectful and careful. after 2 and half months i rode DH again. I hope you'll well.
