Boxxer spring question

hi all,

I weight a bit under 70kg kitted up, and I have both the silver and yellow springs. Just wondering if the recommended spring chart is accurate enough or should I go for the silver spring.

if you have it try it. its not even hard to change the spring. im around the same weight as you, get just around 20% sag with the red spring and love it, yes its oversprung for me but i dont have any f*cks to give

Basically just try them both on the same track in similar conditions and see what one is better.

you should be aiming for around the 30-35% sag too.
