Well I'm searching for dropping body fat and tonificating my body. So probably will join gym soon

Sprints, Calorie intake below maintenance.

Bodyweight stuff won't do you any harm. Though, you'd be better with Hill sprints or sprints on the bike.

Well have been doing sprints on the bike daily climbing 1km longest I can sprint on a hill will do more from tomorrow since I have time. Thanks have been trying to reduce calories almost zero sugar just natural one from fruits. Also lower carbs and reduced portions of food well not that much but less.
Thanks for the tips!

Sounds like you're doing all the right things.

Remember you still need fuel to perform your best on the bike. Otherwise, good work tup

You are all so skinny. I am 5'6" and 150 lbs. If anything I could gain weight, not lose it.

Feels good to be back in the 200+ lbs club. 202 lbs.

Its the quads. The quads are giants muscles, so when you bulk them up, you gain a lot of weight.
