im 5 7 110 pounds of pure muscle very low body fat im also 15 so I gain muscle easily... i get stronger just by lifting my bike into the back of a truck haha. to loose weight just do cardio and eat lots of fruits, vegetables, rice etc.

Shouldn't be concerned about losing weight if you're only 110 lbs at 5'7. I'm only three inches taller yet weigh 60 pounds more and have had my body fat measured around 6%

I was about to say, I'm 5'5" and 175lbs. I'd eat more haha.

To be fair though, at 15 i'm not going to speak to much for your weight, If you're cycling and eating well, you have a lot of time to grow in height and build.

buy an adjustable 30 pound weight vest and do all sorts of squats, pullups, pushups, and running. Cheap and effective way to gain muscle and strength at your age. I put on nearly 30 pounds between ages of 15 and 17 using mainly weight vest and kettlebells... no gym at all.

It is undeniably tough to get into low single digits but some individuals definitely have jobs that make it a lot easier... for example I work for a lawn and tree company and spend 95% of my working days tending to lawns/shrubs/trees on foot. This schedule results in me covering 6-20 miles a day depending on if I'm doing a few huge corporate accounts or large number of small residential accounts. Plus there is always resistance added in to the walking (pushing an 80-90 pound spreader, dragging a heavy 300ft hose, wearing a heavy blower, etc.)

So right off the bat I burn an extra 2000+ calories per day on top of what I burn biking, exercising, etc.

Long story short I burn a shit load of calories and I'm sure there are plenty of other bikers with jobs that involve similar amounts of physical labor although lawn applicator is sort of unique in the sense that you literally speed walk all day long I suppose

176cm, and 85kg, and could definitely do with leaning out some more. Funnily enough, clocking loads of kms on the bike doesn't shed much weight, but running does. And I am in a pretty hard MTB training cycle now.

Ah well...

Oh, and at 39, it's getting harder and harder to shift! :-)

48 years old, 6'2" 240 lbs. I go to the gym 3-5 times a week and just started biking this past April. Looking forward to spring and with my new hobbie I think 220 will be an easy weight to maintain.
