I have lurked for a couple years, but this is my first post.

Are there 'do's' and 'don'ts' when it comes to buying off the classified section?

I am leary of getting burned. I have a Paypal account, is that safe to use with transactions?



I have a pretty solid idea what frame/bike I want, and have seen several listed recently on the buysell tab.
