Looking to upgrade my wheelset over the winter;

I've got a 2013 scott speedster 20 w/ full 105 components and it came with some generic Syncros Race 28 Aero Profile wheels. I know they are garbage but they seemed to be doing a decent job as i got used to riding a road bike.
I'm 210lbs, not racing just aggressive recreation riding/training. I'm looking for something lighter, stronger, better rolling than what i've currently got.

I dont want to spend $1000+ on wheels...the bike was barely that. I'd like to get something decent that i can even carry over to a new bike up the road.

Was looking at 3 different options and was looking for opinions;

1. Shimano RS80 C24 Wheelset (approx $550)
2. Fulcrum Racing 3 Wheelset (approx $550)
3. Fulcrum Racing 5 Wheelset (approx $250)

Anyone have any information or suggestions?

Would go Shimano or Campagnolo wheels any day.

Shimano's are good and you can get parts easily.

Campag make some cheaper top class wheel sets as well, Scirocco's winner. Zonda's are just the most amazing if you wanna spend a bit more. Just make sure you get the Shimano free body

Mavic Ksysium's and most Bontragers are good but getting parts and prices is a bummer

Never dealt with fulcrum
