Riding de camino de santiago de compostella via de la plata

hi,

next september I want to ride to santiago.
I'll start from sevilla (see map)

I want to ride with a standard kona dr good.
It has a shimano nexus hub.
Only thing I'm changing is some more nobly tyres a rack for bagage obviously.

Did anyone here dit that ride?
and if not diid you do an other ride and do you have tips for a first timer?
and also a friend of mine thinks I dont ha a light enough gear for some climbs. Where can I get a map of the hights of something like that?
