Hi, im building a road bike and i have acquired a carbon tapered frame from ebay. I have also bought a carbon fork with a carbon steerer but it is not tapered. Stupidly i have bought a non tapered headset but fortunately it was only £10 so i have decided to not send it back. Firstly could i fit my fork to my frame somehow and secondly could i just get a new 1.5 bearing for the bottom cup? Thanks

You can buy just the lower half of some Cane Creek and King headsets. You will need the cup / bearing that fits your frame and a reducer crown race to work with the fork. I can't recommend the exact parts without knowing which headset standard your frame is. I would take it to you LBS and have them help.
