A couple weeks ago I broke my collarbone real bad and got surgery but the doctor has suggested a total healing time of up to 4 months. I do have a plate in my shoulder to keep it all together but I can still use my arm for light lifting grabbing things ect... But no heavy lifting or trail rides. I really don't want to lose much muscle mass as I am unable to do most exercises. Any suggestions on what kind of exercise would be advised? And I have all winter to train for the next season.
