New member here,

I'm looking to buy my first full face helmet for trail riding. Ideally i want something that has the lower protection for the face but something that breathes well nothing too heavy. My first choice is the Urge Archi-Enduro but i am very open to alternatives from members on here.

My second question is i have been meaning for a long time to get an action cam for some sort such as a go pro or a drift hd etc and wanted to know what helmet i need for pulling off the under visor setup ? I found an example on this troy lee designs helmet.

I'm not really sure how this is mounted to be honest. I saw the go pro video in chile a while ago and the same mounting method is used. I was thinking maybe it's the "nvg mount" but i thought you need some sort of plate attachment for that as it's mainly for military use ? I'm a bit lost so i hope someone can clear up my confusion, I just want a good helmet and run an under visor cam. I'm looking to spend up to £200 max on the helmet, i probably wont use it until the summer so i was not sure if the best deals are to be had now or in summer.....

Thanks, Kenny.

Im not sure about your second question, but on the first,
all the full face helmets, that are made by any famous company (661 fox kali rockst etc.)
are breathable and they are made to be light but strong, some are heavier some lighter,
not sure how much difference a few grams would do...

Thanks uzdo, i have seen some 661 helmets pretty cheap on chain reaction. Another thing is sizing as well, most helmets just seem to go on a small/medium/large concept.. not sure what size i need.

I've just fitted my gopro 3 on the underside of the peak on my Fox Rampage. I just used one of the standard flat mounts to do it, works really well.

That's the one. Gives a really good angle.

Been a while but with a bit of drilling I came up with this setup. Has anyone fitted a drift like this before ? I will test it riding when I can.
