Hey You have a couple options you could do

You could buy used in the buy/sell section of pinkbike
Their you will find a dirt jumper in your price range and probably someone willing to ship to you
Specialized is a great company highly recommend it

Also i found a couple options on other websites but a tad more than 500 dollars, And some of these u have to order from a bike shop, or you could find a place to order online

If you want a suspension fork your gonna have to put a bit more money into it to make it decent, what you could do is buy used fork and put on these bikes. Hopefully this helps and if you have any questions ill try my best to help!

2013 Eastern Maddog , only $439 complete. (44% off):

Also your local bike shop (most likely) can order from BTI-USA.com, a distributor. They don't have complete DJ bikes though, just frames and parts.
