Decent price?

I've been offered a Weinnmann DP18 wheel set, with a flip-flop rear hub for $170. I realize they sell for cheaper on Ebay, but when you incorporate shipping and duty taxes (I'm in Canada), it would come out as more expensive. I can pick these up therefore no shipping. I'm building a fixie, using it for commuting etc. - is this a decent wheel set/price?
