Hi I have been wanting to get a rear derailleur gyro but haven't been able tofind any does anyone know of anything for this??

Yeah, that's the easiest solution.

I'm not sure how you'd design an actual rear derailleur gyro. Assuming the brake already has a gyro, then they would get in the way of each other. I haven't measured it, but it seems like the cable-pull-travel you need to switch through 9 gears is probably more than the cable-pull-travel you need to engage a disc brake. With a brake gyro, you need at least as much space between the upper gyro plate and the lower gyro plate to pull the cable the needed distance to stop.

Was wondering if extending the cable so it would wrap around the frame like a brake cable might be an option

that's quite commonly done. Just cable tie the brake line and the gear cables. make sure the cables are long af though.

Thank you I will definitely do this since its awkward to reach down to change gears all the time
