2012 Demo 8 Spring Weight

Hey guys, I'm putting together my 2012 Demo 8 and need a recommendation on spring size. It currently is equiped with a Fox RC4 and a Ti 450lbspring. I only weigh 145 lbs with my gear on. What weight spring would you recommend? 300 lbs or 350 lbs?
