I've been riding my Bizango for about 2 months now and thinking about upgrading some parts... The current specification can be found here

i'd wait till components are nackered to be honest mate, 29" forks are still pricey
the first thing i'd do is the crank with a used hollowtech style, but there's no point replacing if it aint broke
