Just a quick post for Glory owners. This new 2015 model is using the same bearings as the old 2010 onwards model with addition of two 608 2RS bearings that actuate the shock. Also the Giant 6 pack bearing tool is still compatible with that frame and with combination of bits in that set it's possible to remove those 608 bearings. I went with some ready bearings set off ebay and with that tool it all went smoothly.

update...

220lbs --> 450 spring. Feels good and I won´t go higher in spring rate.

nice!! how much time riding with a spring before you did the update? I want to do the same.

you refer to the boxxer spring? I´ve bought my glory second hand so the boxxer was ridden about 3 months with a spring. no problem at all to do a solo air update on used boxxers...

For the money you spent on the "upgrades", you probably could have bought the Glory1 with a better fork Razz

Haha yeah I know, I've got pretty much the exact spec as the glory 1 except for the fork but I got everything at really good prices and it looks different I guessBig Grin
