I'm having an issue with the driveside dust cover for a SRAM GXP BB. Mine was mangled by the previous owner removing the cranks, leaving it on the spindle, having it not seat correctly into the bearing when reinstalling and smashing the sleeve. I'm talking about the part pictured on the spindle in the picture below.

The part is damaged beyond use, but the bearings and cups are still in great shape and I think there has to be a better answer than $35-40 for a new BB. Is this a part that can be ordered for a few bucks? Or does anyone out there have a GXP BB with trashed bearings or threads that the dust cover is still good on?
