Sealed, i changed my mind metal are too expensize and they rust and stuff so um gonna buy a set of deity compound pedals.

Yeah true but its just a waste of money since i do it as a hobbie and i have heard good reviews about the deity compounds

+1 been running them on my 29er for a long time and just put another set on my dj. light, wide and have fairly low profile pins that still provide good grip but don't destroy shins too badly.
