No, I tried a 34.9 and struggled with it. Couldn't get it on. Put a 35 on and it slid on like a glove immediately...

Based on the response above mine, it may depend on the brand...

its a 0.1mm difference 1/10 of an mm, if it fit snug just pry the colar a little bit and it will slide in
