Hi, im new to the whole building wooden kickers thing, and was wondering how do you get the radius for a kicker? I want a 6ft ramp but i dont understand the whole radius thing. I have heard people talk about 8ft radius and 9ft radius but how do you draw the radius onto the wood? I've heard something about using a string? Someone please help me!

Yep, a string and a marker.

These old school skate plans are for a half pipe, but the same principle applies to building a kicker.
