Hi all,

First of all, I have found this nice forum while surfing for some information about Rockshox Boxxer WC 2005 leaking issues.
Great forum with great info and helpful members!

Now my problem: I have bought a for good price old school Rockshox Boxxer 2005.
Seller mentioned it not is 100% Rockshox Boxxer 2005 it has been mixed with parts from different years.

Well I am noob to downhill forks (this is my first DH fork), so I took the risk and bought it.
I do have some mechanical skills,so I am not afraid to perform the fork rebuild.

After rebuild the fork is leaking at left lower bolt, dows anyone know what the problem could be?
To stop oil leaking I have added a small plug.
Also I did not replace lower bottom stop bumper, I couldn't find them on internet....Cry

Another problem is the left stanchion is more extended than the right stanchion, this is normal?

Oil quantity is: left leg 10WT 180CC and right leg 5WT 205CC.

O yeah I like shinning forks so did some polishing mods:-)
