Need help with Shipping stuff for my DH bike

Need some help from anyone who has any answers.

I am currently selling my Medium size Rotec RL9 downhill bike. A party in Singapore wishes to buy my bike, but I haven't done much international shipping and have no idea which route I should take because I'm sure it can be very expensive.

First, what size box would I be looking at to fit my (disassembled) bike? I'm pretty sure I could fit it inside a frame box correct? What would those dimensions look like?

Also, which carrier would be most optimal for shipping the bike at a reasonable rate?

I'd really appreciate any and all info you guys could give me, I need to get rid of this thing haha.
