hi pinkbikers im planning on starting my winter training in the nex few weeks. the plan is xc, gym and swimming. the question is what are good exercises to be doing for a dh discipline? any help would be great.

Thats a loaded question.

Depending on your resources will determine how you design your weight routines. Keep the first couple of months at general strength and fitness. When your 2-3 months away from ride season, then you can focus on riding specific strength.
