I looking at the 24" as 26" feels to big especially on street.

I am quiet interested in the dmr reptoid 2013 but am worried that 100m of travel is to much. Can anyone please help me.

24" is a good choice to "throw about."

100mm is okay. If a frame is designed for a certain height fork, then the geo will be correct. I haven't ridden a Reptoid though.
