Honestly, the NS District are going to be the best for your bike. Since you have a 24" park/street bike, it is going to have a higher standing position and a lower front end than a typical 26" MTB. Therefore, unless you are, like 5'6" or under, a higher rise bar is going to feel better. That's why your bike came with the 3.5" or 4"-ish-inch rise bars in the first place.
