What is the stuff that you put on your chain stays to minimise damage to your frame due to chain slap besides a chain tensioner?

I have used inner tubes or neoprene/velcro sleeves. I just ordered some of these.

I just use hockey tape Durbale fairly cheap and you can get did rent colours and I play hockey aswell so I always got some laying around

Cutting an old T shirt works then zap strapping it (won't last as long as somethings but its cheap) everyone has that sweater they're grandma gave them Big Grin

A clear sticker, just shape it according to your chainstay. Kinda like a screen protector on your phone instead of a case to maintain the look.
