Please help I got a CK inset7 headset that I had on my One on 456 only 5 months old. Broke my on one frame so got the meta V4 went to press headset and relised my bottom ck won't fit as it to small. Is there a adaptor out there? As it cost me £150

You proberbly have a 1.1/8 headset. The bottum cup will not fit and you need to replace it with a 1.1/5. The V4 has a tapered headset so 1.1/8 top and 1.1/5 bottom.

I don't think you will be able to get an adapter

Guys,

How do you avoid dirt in the big cable routing hole above the BB on a meta V4 frame?
I've stuffed a whole bunch of moto foam in mine, done the job nicely.
Where did you get your moto foam? Smile
Got it on eBay.

For the cost of chris king bearings, probably not far off getting a new headset with cartridge bearings. At least they'll be much cheaper for new bearings than a king
