Early 24seven frame? ID limited edition Dark Angel?

I picked this up recently, I liked the look of it, it's either going to be a hack bike or a sympathetic period build up... And like most of my bikes, its a bit too small! 21" top tube, and 17" chain stays so quite old skool, weighs over 8lb! v brake only!

Can anyone ID it, it's thought to be limited edition. Possibly built by Chris Gack? Anyone to help? I did online searches but little info or pics, also what colour should it be?

It's thought to be around late 90's early 00's if that's too early, please move into vintage. Cheers

The serial number may have the date in it, even if only in part.

It's a dark angel v 1. about 2001 2002 i think. and i dont think they have serial numbers. black or white
