Hey guys i have this crappy surly fork on my ns capital and this ns front hub.

Its all a few years old. I mostly ride bmx so i dont know a lot about the thru axle 20mm business, but i think this hub is your standard 20mm through axle that sits over a 14mm threaded axle. so i want a new 20mm rigid fork and from my understanding something like this would work: http://www.bikesonline.com/identiti-rebate-14-20-fork-black.htm?gclid=CLn-rOa1h8ICFUEaaQodkJUAAw and dropouts like these wont work: http://www.outsideoutfitters.com/p-4762-identiti-rebate-jump-fork.aspx?variantID=12287&gclid=CNO9ifK1h8ICFQmQaQodRHoAAg.
My other question is: what is the best way to go in terms of avoiding my foot touching my front wheel on barspins? I am going to run 24s, but the frame is only meant for 24s anyway. would a 24' fork be better for barspins? Also I assume a smaller offset is good so the wheel doesnt stick out as much.
Forks are made with the same characteristics. They have to be. Rake will be zero unless you get some specialty fork and trail will be the off set at the dropouts which may slightly vary. Your only real option is move your foot.
