Changing Chainring, Chain Length?

Probably a stupid question, currently got a 28t chainring and I want to swap it to 34t. Will I need a new chain as the chainring is larger than the previous?

Depends if you had the right amount of chain for the 28t to begin with , if so then yes you will need more chain.
