I'm looking for a dirt jumper and I don't know a thing about them. what are some good bikes and brands that I could look at for under 1500$. I would mainly be doing dirt jumps on it and I also don't want a huge bike because I am 14 and fairly small. Could you guys please help me out so far all I have seen that looks nice are the transition pbj and blt are those any good or is there something better?
That's complete bullshit. The kid's obviously talking out his ass saying the p3 is the best 26" dj. He's fourteen and has had his account for three weeks.
Honestly there is no end all dirt jumper. What are you going to use it for? If you're going to just be riding dirt then the p3 might be a good buy, but if you're going to take it in the park once in a while and maybe ride some street then i'd go for something more neutral like that metropolis or even maybe a NS suburban or an Octane One Void. If you want something really tight and more like a bmx, go for a NS capital or something like that. It's all about what you want the bike to be capable of and what you ride the most.
Did you know Jeremy Mcgrath was sponsored by GT? He could throw down on a BMX bike over dirt jumps.
Still all you have is 10 acres???? ALL YOU HAVE???? What I wouldn't give. Yes, you could go with a DJ bike, the P3 would not be a bad choice but there are PLENTY of bikes that will suit your wants. I would go 24" but keep in mind the smaller the wheels the more groomed your trails have to be.
That vid shows how impossible it is to ride properly with a seat shoved up your butt. The FEW times I rode XC I always got off and dropped my seat when heading for a longer DH section. Saying that Ontario does not have a lot of long DH sections anywhere. I even heard of a kid winning a DH race on a BMX bike.
Yes, that kind of trails a 26" wheel would be better and full sus may not be too bad either if you added some good kickers. Could be very fun.

I am not saying that all i want to do is ride trials because i would look at a diffrent bike then i am saying that if i was to get a dirt jumper i could ride the trials that he has made if i wanted to. i would manily hit the dirt jumps in my back yard though.
