So recently I destroyed my frame and now I'd like to get a new one. The thing is I'm on a tight budget since I need a ton of bearings and alot of other stuff for my bike. My budget is around 300 euros. (400 usd +-) I've been thinking about Octane One Spark 2014, and then I saw the Dartmoor Quinnie 2015. I've read some good reviews about the spark, but quinnie seems to be less popular. Is it any good? I ride street with a rigid fork and I have my doubts since I tend to destroy stuff. (love big slow 180 drops) Can't ride a day without breaking a spoke or two. Big Grin
In short - should I buy spark or quinnie?

Seriously no answers? Well I guess the quinnie is kinda crap then if no one is using it...

The Spark is going to feel significantly different, with the higher bb. It has bb rise, whereas a typical DJ 26" has 0.5"-1" of bb drop.

angles with 485 mm fork (around 100mm travel): head angle: 70.5 deg, seat tube angle: 69.5deg, BB*: +19mm, WB*: 1018mm
-angles with 465 mm fork (around 80mm travel): head angle: 71.5 deg, seat tube angle: 70.5deg, BB: +13mm, WB: 1007mm
-angles with 445 mm fork (around 60mm travel): head angle: 72.5 deg, seat tube angle: 71.5deg, BB: +7mm, WB: 1001mm
-angles with 435 mm rigid fork: head angle: 73 deg, seat tube angle: 72 deg, BB: +4mm, WB: 998mm
-angles with 420 mm rigid fork: head angle: 73.5 deg, seat tube angle: 72.5 deg, BB: -2mm, WB: 991mm
*BB: bottom bracket height
*WB: wheel base (approx)

The Quinnie has zero bb drop.

The Ghetto has "-24" "bb drop" which is a weird way of saying +24 bb rise.
