Bottom bracket clanking

Every time i pedal backwards (not while riding my bike, with my hand) I hear i slight quiet clanking/clunking noise coming from bb but only in one spot, what should i do?

Perhaps the bearings are not pressed all the way in and the tube spacer has some play.
