So I'm having difficulty setting up my Monarch RL. I'll give a bit of back story to the whole confusion and possible screw-up first.

The chambers of my original shock leaked within a few minutes, and compressed, for what seems to be no reason at all according to people smarter with bikes than I. So I got it replaced completely (under warranty)! Super! Now how in the world do I set the thing back up? I've tried pumping it with a shock pump to get it to 250-300 psi, but to no avail. It won't set higher than 120. I adjusted the rebound n all that to what I found online. Another problem, it makes an air leak noise when I sit on the bike when set to less rebound, and a much fainter more sudden noise almost the same when there's more rebound.

Am I in the wrong? Or should I bring it back to the place I 1) bought the bike from 2) re-installed the shock under warranty?
And any advice on setting it up would be awesome.
Thanks!
