Deity streetsweeper or octane one spark

I currently a have a dartmoor quinnie. I'm looking to buy a new frame that is more street than dirt. I have ridden a streetsweeper and I like it a lot, but was wondering if anyone had thoughts of one vs the other.

Sweeper is a higher quality frame at a more expensive price point. Get it if you can afford it, go spark if you can't.
