Trek fuel ex 8 29 bb?

Hey what's up? First time posting, hope it's in the right spot. I am looking to upgrade my crankset and bb on my trek fuel ex 8 and don't know size or any of that. From what I could find is that it's a press fit and its 95mm? I want to buy a hope tech bb and crankset. Hope has press fit and just regular I guess you could say? I don't know the difference. Does my bike need a press fit? What's does that mean? Can someone tell me what hope bb will work with my frame? Thank you.

Press fit is pressed into the frame , like you would with a headset , and threaded is what you would call normal style where you screw the cups into the frame.
