Alright, so I'm in the middle of hooking up a new bike for my girl, just got a stolen frame, Not Sure on the kind. I need to tear out the bottom bracket and crank and completely replace it. Nothing to fancy, just well enough for her to ride and not break down on her, question being. HOW THE HELL DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE BRACKETS I NEED?! It's been many years and I have suffered a few good brain injuries in my day and I'm picking it all back up. I'm getting new crank arms and Sprocket for it all so I know I can judge that off the brackets. But any help would be awesome! ...

I myself am riding a 2hip frame, with a integrated headset, Not Sure crank or anything. Sunday bars. And have a old haro frame I just painted up might need some information on that when I get to it. (a big fan of older bikes. Anyone know how to get ahold of a Hoffman Flow, please let me know) anyway hope to get a reply. It'd be much appreciated. Thanks.
