Replacing Shimano Pressfit Bottom Brackets on both 14 Trek Superfly HT And 14 Remedy . Both Are Aluminum . Cranks will Be Shimano XT 2x10 Is the included 2.5mm Spacer used for Both of these frames with their shell width?
