Hello,
We are working on a jump line, we have removed all of the decomposing leaves and have reached dirt. our problem is the run up to the jump is really bumpy so its hard to get enough speed to clear them.
we have tried digging but there are so many roots, should we maybe add dirt? we have been trying for 3 days now and it's not getting any better.

You could add dirt but eventually with rain and all that they will come back. You're just going to have to suck it up and clip all those roots and smooth it out. A short handled edging shovel does wonders for root cutting.
