Does it affect something if i ride a tubeless tire with a tube because one of my friend gave me a brand new michelin nagesti tubeless but my rims arent tubeless! The rims are nukeproof generator DH

That would be fine. A tubeless tire just has a stronger sidewall and bead, so it may be a tad heavier but it will hold up fine (likely even better than the normal version of the tire).

It will be fine , you may find you run 1-3 PSI less though as the sidewalls are stiffer so give a firmer feeling tyre for the same PSI
